Clutch Maintenance, Engagement & Rebuild
This module teaches new members how to correctly maintain, tune, and rebuild L&T Wet clutches and Bully 4-disk clutches. You’ll learn how engagement RPM is controlled, what symptoms indicate a slipping or dragging clutch, and how to perform a full teardown and inspection. The session also covers proper lubrication, spring selection, wear limits, and reassembly procedures. By the end, members will understand how to keep a clutch consistent, reliable, and optimized for race conditions.
