This session trains new members to properly set up and maintain a kart’s drive chain. You will learn how to use a chain laser and other alignment tools to ensure the front and rear sprockets are perfectly in line, preventing premature wear, power loss, or other on-track issues. The session also covers correct chain tensioning, what “too tight” and “too loose” look like, and how to safely use a chain breaker for sizing and installation. Members leave with the ability to set up a smooth, reliable, and efficient drivetrain.

Exhaust Tuning

This session introduces the fundamentals of header length, exhaust temperature, and how both influence a two-stroke engine’s powerband.
